Markus Weichselbaum
TheBroth founder - Markus Weichselbaum is the founder and CEO of TheBroth. TheBroth was developed at Cherry Internet Services Pty Ltd (Cherryis). Markus is the director of this company and also responsible for the direction and vision of TheBroth company. As the visionary and creative driving force of the team, most new features you find on TheBroth are Markus's doing. Markus has a PhD in neuroscience and worked as a research scientist before founding Cherryis to focus on developing innovative internet projects such as TheBroth. Sue Zann TohCFO - Markus and Sue Zann met in 1999 and have been inseparable ever since. Like Markus, Sue Zann hails from a medical/health background being a trained pharmacist. She worked full-time as a registered pharmacist before joining Markus to dedicate her talents to internet projects. Sue Zann founded her own company Zann Marketing (ZM), incorporated in 2003. Sue Zann has been associated with and contributed to the TheBroth from the start. She is also one of the biggest fans of TheBroth, using her spare time to create amazing and elaborate artworks that can be admired in the gallery. David TapperDeveloper and graphic artist - David is responsible for integrating design and function. As both a gifted graphic artist and a competent developer, David's skills are invaluable in implementing new features. Well versed in all modern web technologies including but not limited to Ajax, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP and XHTML, he is a formidable workforce and is responsible for moving us forward through our extremely large and ever-growing to-do list, turning new and exciting TheBroth features into a well-implemented reality. Being left-handed, he plays a mean game of table tennis, remaining a tough and persistent challenge in our daily intra-company table tennis matches. |
DolphDeveloper and network administrator - Above all, Dolph values his privacy so we won't publish his name or picture here. Dolph was one of the first employees at Cherryis and has become a powerhouse of experience, ability and skill. When something doesn't work, we all turn first to Dolph, very much to his dismay. Things he fears most: Phone calls after hours to fix disastrous bugs. Dolph is responsible for keeping the ever-improving engine core of TheBroth running. Like everyone on TheBroth team, he loves playing in TheBroth and you may find some of his work in the public gallery! Dolph is also a table tennis hotshot, and Markus, David and Dolph are in constant head-to-head race to win the intra-company table tennis crown! *Update* Dolph is 70 wins ahead of Markus. |
