Saving a Picture!

When I make a snapshot public I alway click to save it to my computer. And they have all worked for me until now.

I tried to save picture #28170. Horse with sleigh.

It shows the whole picture in the gallery, and in the replay, but when trying to save it, it only shows the very top portion of the picture.

Is there any way to correct this so I can save it to my computer as a whole image?
