Try try again

When attempting to take a snapshot of an artwork
i am sent to an error screen saying

Error: Set no longer exists. Please return to the room and try again.,

This is not the first time this has occurred, and it is the second seperate time this has occurred the morning (Eastern Standard Time between 7am and 830am) yet each time has several attempts to snapshot with the same result.,

Ultimately, the painting is either erased completely or reverts to an earlier stage of development (not a previous snapshot).

This generally occurs when i have a heavily layered background, high layering with few brushstrokes.

i am connected by DSL on a Safari 2.0.4 browser Mac OS X.

anything else you need, please ask.
