problem

Another problem Im afraid. I have done a picture using the new system but dont seem to be able to do a snapshot. The page starts to connect, but then vanishes and says 'done' in bottom left hand corner, but nothing has happened and it leaves a blank page with no room. Tried several times. I can still take a snap using old system. Can you help again - many thanks Tame

Hi Tame,

There was a bug in our snapshot creation system. Nothing wrong with your setup. It works again now.

Hi Go go,

Are you saying that you can't get into a room? Or are you referring to the inability to take snaps?

If you can't get into a room, did you try the steps mentioned in my earlier post? What happened when you tried those things? http://www.thebroth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=6323#6323

If you can't take a snapshot, can you describe what happens? A new window (or tab) should open for the snapshot. Does is display anything or is it just blank?

oh ya i cant enter a room.some of the flash based things are also not playing it says "movie not loaded"
when i right click on flash area

i did all the tests like that sunrise thing and flash version thingy they work fine and this url

i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still no use but good thing is that i can enter in a room if i logon as different user on my pc.so its my pc again playing games with me lets see if it goes by itself Razz

hello,
i just registered me, everything went fine, but when i log me in, i see my profile and everytime i click somewhere i get to that site but im logged out again... so i cant draw but i managed to write here because it asks me now to login and redirects me to the post form.
so anyone can help me?

hi nixnick - if u tried to do something in grafitti room it is kicking people out quickly as there are no brush strokes left. Did you have trouble with all rooms?

yeah i tried to make a new account as you see (im nixnick)
but it is in every room and also when i try to see my friends, and everything.
maybe it hangs with my firefox... i have adblock but i allowed this site... i'll try ie

did you have any luck with IE? If so and you're still having problems with Firefox, can you tell us what extensions you have installed?
