Hi spicy. I love maths and this time i got 99 out of 100 in both pure maths and maths b. If u need any help just pm me and I'll try to help you out. Maths is my favourite subject because it has so much logic in it.
Spicy try using General mathematics book and also new syllabus mathematics. They could be of a lot of help. |

I don't mind maths... Actually I like it.. i've liked it for quite a long time but it is tricky.. If you grasp it then you can fly by in maths.. I'm actually very good at maths yet often I really don't want to do it... I think I get my maths knowledge from my Dads side.. My Mom hates maths and has no clue on some of the things that we are doing at school at the moment!!! Which is quite understandable we have this new way of learning called OBE, can't remember what it stands for... But the learning is like higher grade like all the way! lol! anyway.... got a little off the topic..as usual |

'Mathematics-the science that draws necessary conclusions!
The elegance of maths, its intrinsic aesthetics and inner beauty.Simplicity and generality are valued.'
No maths for me is like no school to me,it would be meaningless.Though i hate discrete maths,i raffle pure maths and adore mechanics. To me statistics doesn't make sense but mechanics..mmmmm! A good combination of physics in it...but sometimes, there can't be anything more frustrating than getting stuck on a problem,i get sick, get headaches, cannot digest my food, can neither sleep until i solve the problem and when i get the answer...extasy
I was utterly hopeless when i was small, like a little obedient girl sitting in class and doing maths like a parrot.that's not maths!Maths is complex,u have to play with it n wat we learn at school is too basic. To be good in maths, sit with ur book and by yourself understand the concepts, then u work. It's logic and no one can teach u logic!!But be relieved,ur maths is easy n its just a question of playing with numbers,so look at a few examples n practise a hundred numbers,u'll be fine...if ur stuck, just ask for help from friends n teacher or me(pm me)if others can do it,y can't u...stay focused n learn it the way it should be learnt and be the best!!! |

| wow puppy - what an answer! I was hopeless at maths and it used to frighten me - now i might dabble a bit, but on the whole i have a right brain dominance which does not include maths! |

Maths can be frightening sometimes because it includes statistics..probabilities are frightening because i don't find any logic in it...for me it's too much of trial and error...
Hey,by the way once i wrote a maths love letter to a boy when i was 14...here it is,yep i kept it
Dear x,
with reference to the syllabus of my feelings,I want to prove that the locus of my point is directly proportional to ur heart. On seeing u,i feel like a triangle with only 2 angles, the third being u.At times,it seems to me that i am a circle without a radius or a matrix without determinant. We r like 2 simultaneous equations without any solutions.U never seem to notice that i am a point lying on ur vector equation,or in other words we r collinear.ur smile makes my head rotates 360 degrees anticlockwise n on applying a translation followed by a reflection,i finally got ur image.u r like a venn diagram with 2 disjoint sets.u r the hypotenuse of my rightangled triangle n on using either sine or cosine,we can obtain a real solution.i tried to deal with u on calculator system but the log system proved to be difficult.the probability of succession is xtremely low.My linear programming involves u as an inequality. My letters consist of only one question to be answered, the answer is YES to 3 significant letters.Hoping that the ratios i love u to u love me should at any cost be equal and i prove that the cosine of ur left heart equals to the sine of my right heart.
Mathematically yours.
Never wrote my name on the letter, didn't have the courage and the boy never knew i loved him...well n good.I love another one now |

What a great mathmatical letter! What a shame he never knew it was you - it might have blossomed into pie r squared |

Awesome love-letter , u should have written your name at the end. I know its hard for you, same with me. In one year,I could not tell my crush that I love him. I am too scared to tell it.
