working together is great but make sure u have people who dont want to destroy it cos its a nightmare

Don't give up, Tile, it takes a while to learn who the collaborative and cooperative ones are. I had some trouble with "sand box bullies"; I just got a room of my own (private), that I can retreat to if I wish to work on something that someone has started to destroy.

Reporting is good, but sometimes it is not worth the trouble fighting ignorant people, if you have to do it alone. They are not worth the grief. Often they seem to feed on your frustration. I know some would disagree with me; I would love to hear other ways of dealing with this kind of thing.

Other opinions/ ways of dealing with bullies, please...
