I use to go to the gym, but that was a while ago now. I'm a yoga addict now Laughing and I'm either at class or practicing at home.

I went to a gym once, and before I joined I asked a few questions. I wanted to get in shape after having my kids and can't do situps due to a weakened coccyx (fractured it giving birth to my first lol) so wanted to join a gym and use the rowing machines etc. I explained all this and the bloke said I only needed to use the treadmill and cycling machines. I said "ok tell you what, I'll walk briskly home and go get my pushbike out and save my money, goodbye". He wasn't very impressed Laughing

Seriously though, I wasn't going to pay money to do exercise I could do myself for free! I'd only join a gym to use specialist equipment.

Can't really ask me as I won't be able to give a non-biased answer Laughing

I would, of course, say do it! Yoga's got so many great benefits... less stress, more energy, more strength, flexibility and stamina, calmer mind etc etc etc

Well since the internet asked me if I go to the gym or not, I will answer. No, I don't. I'm skinny and eat a lot of bad food- I'm American. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get diabetes and my limbs will be amputated before I get fat. I do worry that my body will hate me for lack of activity now that I don't work... ("Aaron... I'm dying," to which I respond "shut up body, and drink this pack of mountain dew!").

So maybe at least a couple trips to the basketball court per week are in my future.

I do go the gym, but I also play a lot of sport; so the sport usually comes before the gym as it is more fun =D.
