| Science is so fascinating. There is no end of learning science. Doing research on any science subject is really fascinating, isn't it? I want to be an astronomer. According to me, Astronomy is one of the most intersting branches of science. |

I like Astronomy too, I have a large folder packed full of info about the solar system etc, and a glow in the dark starmap that's on the bedroom wall.
I prefer psychology/parapsychology though, I find it fascinating how the human psyche works. |

Thats always been my dream 2 that is to study astronomy. But u know with the limited opportunities in Bd its really quite hard. My favourite subjects are math and physics and i love them coz they are practical and as spicy said 'fascinating'. |

You should be able to get a great job if you specialise in maths/physics
Nothing to stop you researching Astronomy and teaching yourself the basics. Maybe you could do a distance learning course on it? Here in the UK you can take almost any subject with the Open University that way. |

I just don't see what's in the constellations. I never could figure out how they saw shapes in those different stars. I guess I'm no good at connecting the dots.
Go for astronomy, if you want. My advice is do what you love. It's not worth doing a job if you dread going to it every day. |

Never a truer word spoken. Do things which make you happy. Be open to new experiences. Have fun. |

Did you guys know I wrote the "Evil Tutor's Guide on how to (NOT) create graphs" for science students?
This is meant for university science students and teaches how to create graphs, for example in lab reports and similar circumstances.
It's a useful teaching aid too!
Personally I think that science is a good foundation for a lot of different career paths. It teaches you a systematic approach and analytical problem solving. |
