We've been working tirelessly on some really amazing features, and we're making good progress. In a few weeks, TheBroth will be a lot more amazing in terms of artistic freedom and just plain awesomeness. 
In context of the many little improvements and greater conveniences that our total core reprogramming provides, I can reveal a little by-product that's quite useful on its own:
It's an active rooms preview image. There it is right here:

What's so amazing about this? Don't we already have such a thing in each room? Well yes, we did, only the one in the mosaic rooms was always just a static gif that never changed.
The new one is not only larger, it's also LIVE! This means that when you reload the image, you can see actual changes! You'll also be relieved to learn that in this version we're leaving out the password protected rooms.
So, what do to with this wonderful image? Well you can plaster it on any webpage (myspace profiles come to mind) and it will always show what's going on at TheBroth.
Please note that this preview image uses a caching algorithm to reduce server load. Typically the image you get is less than 30 seconds old, and thus provides a pretty accurate up-to-the minute preview of the active rooms (the 16 most active rooms, that is).
In the future, as you may have guessed, mosaic rooms will sport this new feature and automatically update the active rooms preview.

| I think the image itself is too small. I mean, you have to squint to catch any real changes. As far as the re-naming of "View Rooms," I thought "Active Rooms" sounded much better. |

i also think that its a little small...you cant see
the deatils very good...
view rooms also sounds nicer
