Has anyone else stopped getting previews of pictures on the teeshirts on the comment page.
The tee shirt is there and the logo is there but the picture dosent appear on the shirt the way it used to. |

Hi Sugar Plum,
the previews are appearing for me. Do you know how long it's been since you last saw a preview on a t-shirt? At the end of last year we changed things slightly so Flash is used
to show the preview on the t-shirt even if the products haven't been created (I believe the t-shirt was previously only shown if the products had been created).
If you haven't got the Flash plug-in installed you will just see a plain t-shirt, so this could be the reason.
Edit: I should also say that we're aware that artwork product creation is failing. Unfortunately the problem seems to be something on Cafepress' side and it's not something we can fix. |
