| I checked yes next to hide my online status but other members can still see me online. Actually, not only other members but nonmembers as I came on two different browsers and saw myself. |

Hi IM,
are you talking about the option in the forum profile? That option is a standard PHPBB forum option, and (as yet) has no influence outside the forum. All it does is hide your name from the 'Who is Online' section on the front page of the forum.
Update: we've removed the option. Hopefully this will prevent further confusion  |
