Could also be that you really did lose connection - I mean, it does happen sometimes. It just shouldn't happen 10 times a day, that's all.
If it happens in great frequency, please reply. Actually, if it happened only once today, reply too so we know what the situation is. |

No its the same as it was last week, moved 20 tiles and get message "lost connection" happened at lest 6 times. when refreshed all tiles back where they were.
also look in active rooms see 2 ppl in a room enter and not showing anyone in there |

Hmm we haven't changed anything lately. Can't really exclude that the connection between UK and US (where the server is) is really erratic at times.
Oh there's Dolph.. I'll let him add his 5 cents. This may have had something to do with the Sunday backup... |

Hi Sugarplum,
sorry, I wasn't really clear in my last post. The lost connection problem today was almost certainly caused by the backup, and would have affected everybody using the mosaics, regardless of country etc. Everything should be working again now though. |

Active rooms froze up and couldn't be used about 30 to 45 minutes before the sunday back up.
The Rooms keep refreshing when you are in them.
The Player map is also frozen
Now we have a room without a picture as the highest rated picture.......ohhh you guys are in for a horror monday

Yes, it was the same thing again. Sunday backup. My apologies. For about 15 hours everyone would have lost connection, constantly.
It's fixed now. |
