I wanted to raise a question as the subject is the kind of sad detail that I am interested in and because, related, I think there has been a noticeable downward trend in TheBroth visitations / snapshot submissions.
What I am referring to are things like, (but not limited to)
* What is the daily hit rate like and do you have any trend history on that. I would be interested to see how TheBroth fairs / is fairing now compared to the past month since Go-Live.
* What’s the new user signup ratio like now?
* What days of the week are most popular and * what’s the trend frequency of snapshots now compared to a few weeks ago. It does seem to have died a little.
* What’s the most tiles moved in any one day. (A nice trend line on that since Go-Live would be cool) As I said, I can be very sad sometimes, but I work with stats most days and believe it or not they CAN be interesting..
* We have a stat for the max number of users on the forum at once but not for the tiles side… What’s the best in users on line at once that has been achieved here.
Just really trying to raise a little interest around this kind of data as it indicates the life force of TheBroth and we all would like to see it reach a ripe old age…or better still immortality...
I also wanted to start another topic as we seem to have dried up little in that respect also… Some still ticking over but posts seem to be coming in dribs and drabs.. What is TheBroth’s official view on this and open to all, what do people think re TheBroth currently in respect of the above and its general success now and going forward (Hate that saying.. )
Be nice to hear from you all... No abuse because I’m sad though please… |

| I like statistics too (checks for sniggers from the back) I agree, it would be nice to see something regarding tile and snapshot trends in the future. |

I would agree with the notion that we should rather try to make these stats BETTER. Everyone can contribute.
All it takes is to send an email to any website that lists stuff like TheBroth. They are not hard to find. If everyone would send a few of those 'heads up' emails to some new sites every day, we'd all be better off!
(and yes, we're planning to even give out awards for sending referrals... it will come!) |

Here's a new one: You can now see how many users are online at TheBroth at the front page: http://www.thebroth.com/
Just like the tiles, this shows the actual number of users. It auto-updates every 5 seconds or so.
Mind you, the number of users online displayed on the home page is likely to be higher than the number of people in the active rooms display, partly because many users play in hidden rooms, and partly because they often do other things on TheBroth, for example browsing this forum |

Lovely..Thanks...
I take it that is both members and non members count.
Is there anyway that this can be split as above, or / also give the abilty to see those names. (Perhaps in the same way you click the link that says, show those that have rated + to snapshots, and there they are..) |

interesting topic Brrrr - i noticed there is a drop in members being on the site since lots of members are back at school and college and can only drop in breifly - but that new members are starting all the time as well.
The holiday season was buzzin!
But there are some other more mature (agewise) members who can get on every day and .... keep going!
