I thought we could have "multiple ID's?" Well, I tried registering with my email addy and it won't accept my addy because it's already been used. When I tried to create a different email addy, my registration was not accepted. What's up?

I wanted to have a seperate ID for my daughter when she visits... I cant seem to get the registration to accept my Hotmail address, it reverts back to my standard address when I submit it and informs me that I am already registered...
How do I get an ID for her?

That's what I did...the hotmail address is not one I have used for registration...and no other address seems to be accepted once you have registered on a computer.

I was thinking of having two accounts (for fun) so I'll have a go.Odd.I mean if you shared a computer with someone(friend, perhaps)then if you registered first your friend wouldn't be able to register...

BigTel, hotmail is no longer accepted because vandals kept on reregistering using hotmail addresses after being banned for wrecking rooms. (Those who signed up using hotmail before hotmail became disallowed are okay; their accounts are fine.)

We only disallow certain 'free' email addresses for certain countries (the US is not one of them). The only restrictions that should apply are 1) you can't use a username that has previously been in use/ is currently in use, and 2) you can't use an email address is currently in use.

I just tried to create an account with a hotmail address and it worked...

I presume you're using http://www.thebroth.com/register2.html to create the new account? And you've logged from your existing account? (There will be an error message if you're not logged out.)

'it was not accepted'? What was the error message?

Sounds more like a browser issue, using automatic form completion when you least want it...? But yeah, knowing the exact error message would be good, which browser you're using, and whether you're logged in when you tried to register again.
