Ketil - if you want to, since you have registered - you can create your own color pallet in your "room".

If you do it; let me know the link - it would be pretty cool to see your "room"

cheers

Wow, I can't imagine seeing the world without color. Hopefully you can make some nice art even though you're colorblind.
Perhaps you'll be like Beethoven, the deaf pianist.

I think people properly missunderstand the whole thing about being colorblind, ofcourse the word do not help that much eather.

Its actualy not colorblind, like not being able to see any colors, but its missing the ability to tell colors apart from eachothers.
This meens that some colors i can see, but there are several colors that looks the same.
Most people are red/green or blue/yellow, but in my case im actualy green/blue.
Its not a super rare case but it dosnt happen that often, but it does not really make me feel special.
I have never ever experienced the world as people with perfect colorvision see“ it, so in any case it dosnt matter that much.
I cant be allowed to fly airplains, and i cant become a sea captain, but its okay with me cause i work with IT etc.. (who ever said that colorhighlighting code ever help anyone Wink )

The biggest disadvantage is really when it reaches that time of year where the leaves fall of the trees and its mostly cloudy, it becomes kinda like running around in a black and white movie, because all the colors tend to become grey / blue / green.. (im told..)
Its kinda hard explaning but it sometimes becomes seriusly depressing when everything is grey and there are no "extreem colors(i call them that)" like yellow / neon / red / white / gold / silver etc

...Dancing bee# im on it Smile il try to do some "square moving" this weekend and il post a link

...Ryx# Beethoven is kinda a longshot i think, but i could take some pictures of paintings iv done by hand ;] [nothing impressiv but its still nice sometimes to experience that creative process]

Have been joining in over past couple of days .Wanted to join properly so that I could have my own room, chat and hopefully be able to reply to those who have been less than polite e.g. swearing, when they have misinterpreted moves. Also love anything arty / crafty, especially mosaicwork. Some of the work is inspirational

I would be so depressed without the right colors, especially in fall. It s cool that you don't feel any different, because it would be hard for you to deal with it if you did feel that way. So hats off to you.

Hey, at least it's not as bad as being entirely blind or deaf. That'd be really depressing, I'm sure.
How would you surf the internet if you were blind?
Those text-to-speech programs hardly ever work.
