Snapshot...missing background

Hi.
Can you please help me with my snapshot bug.
I still cannot get my background colour when I snap and it's still taking pictures from rotfl for some reason. Crying or Very sad

Here is the snapshot I took just now:

Sometimes it works, but most times it doesn't. What is wrong? Please help me. It happens in both my rooms.

The time was about 6:20pm and I use windows XP and browse with Mozilla Firefox and normal Internet Explorer.
