Vanishing Rooms

Hi there!

Not sure if this is a bug or just the result of a cleanup. I noticed today that I have only one room. I had six the last time I looked. I wasn't using them, and I only just used one the last time I was on (colosseum).

Do you clean up older rooms from time to time? It's been a few weeks since I used a couple of the others.

I don't need them back - just thought you should know in case something wacky was going on.

I don't think it's identity theft, although I had to login again when I normally don't have to (after using the same computer). I'll change my password anyway, but it doesn't look like anything else is different for me.

Hi, we don't have any automatic room clean up except for unregistered players.

The fact that you had to log in again is a bit of a worry. Does anybody else use the computer you use?

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Hey, Zap.

Well, it looked as if the problem was straightened out. I logged in again, and there were my rooms. I deleted a couple of them just for maintenance.

I didn't have to log in again today - I had probably just cleared my cookies before, and that's not part of the problem.

I was down to one room again!



So, I logged out and back in, and the rooms reappeared!

So, the moral of this story is, if your rooms disappear, logout, I guess.
