Just thought I would raise an eyebrow at my confusion over a the way people seem to operate on this site… Its only a small confusion but one that may indicate a lack of understanding or confusion in their own minds..
What I refer to is the impression… based on member’s comments against artworks that they... Love it, Great artwork, and fantastic creation, straight to my favourite… etc… and yet these members then proceed not to vote… We are all probably in a little agreement that the top 20 or so (Give or take a few newer ones) are in need of a little replacement now but if all these new members are not voting when they really like an someone’s submission that’s not going to happen…
Come on Broth’ers if you love the picture’s so much, vote on it, and get them moving up so that we can replace some of the older submissions…

Well, sometimes I comment on it and forget to vote and then a few days later, I notice and vote  But, yeah, sometimes I see people that don't vote or say they like it and then give it a minus. I guess the newer ones will gradually rise, but they may just get lost in the top 100 or so, never to be seen by the newer members. |

Well I'm the same as Xreko i sometime forget to plus or minus a picture after a comment but usually notice it later and do it.
Ps love your little piece about a lawn being emo so it will cut itself GOGO great sentiment  |

I think people's expext much more these days than what they did then, I mean now people will give you a minus just for not being as good as the recent best.
it's much harder to get into recent best or top 100.
As people get better they're raising the standard. (Not to get completely all example on my photos) but others too.

well usually when i comment I do rate the pic. And if I dont I think I let my comment speak for itself. But yes, i did notice quite a few members not rating an artwork even though they think its gr8. I guess we cant really convince them if they dont want to. Oh well hope they read this forum post.  |
