Could someone help me? I'd like to make an individual moveable tile. I'd like for each individual tile to be a star of this shape and texture. How do I do that? Thanks in advance.

I just shrunk your star to 10x10 pixels using Photoshop (gimp should work too) then desaturated it and darkened it a touch.
