| I've seen bullies kick out regular users. I'm sure someone who was exiled could come back if they really wanted to (there's always ways to get around the system). Exiling is a deterrent not a punishment. |

A banned user is put into a room full of probably like-minded idiots (unless of course he or she was wrongfully banned) who will destroy his or her work as he or she destroyed someone else's work, has his or her karma score reduced, and loses potential to gain award points, the newest competitive addition to this game. That should be enough punishment for purposes of this game. It teaches the person not to do it again, and if the person does it again, anyone can find out if the person was misbehaving by looking at his or her profile.
