How to enter

Current contest colors

Entering the contest is easy as 1-2-3:

Prepare a room with the tiles colors that have been defined for this contest.
Drag tiles and create some great art!
Then, take a snapshot and submit it to the contest. Done!

Open a new room or edit an existing room. On the room edit page, do the following: Select "Use unique mosaic" Select "Contest colors" Save your changes (press "Save" at the bottom of the screen).	Start dragging tiles and create a new and original artwork. Note: This is a solo competition. Only the room owner can drag tiles!	In your contest room, take a snapshot by clicking on the "Snapshot" link in the top left of the screen. Below the artwork, click a button labeled "Submit to contest". Your submission will be publicly visible in the contest gallery.

Open a new room or edit an existing room. On the room edit page, do the following:

Select "Contest colors"
Save your changes (press "Save" at the bottom of the screen).

Start dragging tiles and create a new and original artwork.

In your contest room, take a snapshot by clicking on the "Snapshot" link in the top left of the screen.

Below the artwork, click a button labeled "Submit to contest".

Your submission will be publicly visible in the contest gallery.

Competition rules

The winning entries will be chosen by a panel of TheBroth staff members. We look for entries that are...

matching the sponsor's contest theme
original and creative
aesthetically pleasing, both as thumbnail and in full size
family-safe (no violence, drugs, adult themes)
leave no spare tiles or look like you ran out of tiles

The subject matter of your artwork is entirely up to you, but you must not depict anything trademarked or copyrighted. All entries are subject to our terms of service that also contains the full contest rules and all the legal fine print - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Please note: Although it is possible to view and rate the contest submissions in the contest gallery, the visitor ratings have no bearing on the determination of the winning entries. The judges' decisions are final, and no correspondence, discussion or debate will be entered into.

For the duration of the current contest, special rules apply to rooms set up with the current contest colors:

Tiles can only be moved by the room owner.
Only the room owner can take snapshots.
Contest rooms are automatically hidden from public room lists.
Contest rooms may display banners and messages from the sponsor(s).
