Chinatown

And by "Chinatown" I mean "The People's Republic of China." While blogs may be illegal here, theBroth is not.

Yeah, me and the lo po (wife) are out here in China (near Guangzhou aka Canton) for one year teaching English. We are having a blast. Everything is SOOO different from our lives in Milwaukee, WI. Although, when people ask where we are from, we can tell them "You know where Yi Jianlian plays now? Well... that city."

Sidenote: Yi plays for the Milwaukee Bucks, and was born in the city where we now live. Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China.

We both graduated and didn't want to plant any roots anywhere, so we decided to travel, but we had no money. So we used connections to find a sweet job teaching English to the Chinese. Now we can travel, learn Cantonese, and soon vacation in Malaysia for free!

We will be back in the States in September.... maybe.
