I noticed a picture that has 38 votes which is rated above the one
below it that has 64 votes. So.....my question is, are you penalized for more people viewing your picture? Does the voting go merely on percentage of votes vs. viewers? I would think the more views you have, the more people are interested in it???

I don't know if this is the right place to mention it, but EVERY time I graffiti something, half of it gets lost when I'm ready to snap a picture. Only some of my picture remains. It's really frustrating to work on something only to have most of it disappear. Any suggestions???
